Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something is not right, you may request a return or exchange according to the terms below.

Return Eligibility

  • A return request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
  • Orders purchased using bundle offers, promotional codes or influencer codes remain eligible for return or exchange within 7 days, subject to our standard return conditions. Only items specifically marked Final Sale are non-returnable.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or made-to-order items.
  • Items returned without original tags or packaging.
  • Used, washed, damaged, or altered items.

    How to Request a Return or Exchange

    1. Contact us through our Contact Us page or WhatsApp, mentioning your order number and reason for return/exchange.
    2. Our team will confirm eligibility and share the return address.
    3. Please send the item back using a reliable courier service.

    Return Shipping

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
    • If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, edit. will cover the return shipping cost.

    Refunds

    • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the decision.
    • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days.
    • For prepaid orders, refunds will be sent to the original payment method.
    • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued through bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.
    • Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the wrong or defective item was sent by us.

    Exchanges

    • Size exchanges are allowed within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability and the item meeting the return eligibility conditions.
    • For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or a short video of the issue.
    • Replacement items are subject to availability.
