We aim to deliver your edit. order safely and as quickly as possible across Pakistan.

Standard delivery: Rs. 300 across Pakistan.
Free delivery: Free delivery is available on orders of Rs. 5,000 or more after discounts.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days after order confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • In some cases, we may contact you to confirm Cash on Delivery orders before dispatch.

2. Delivery Time

  • We deliver across Pakistan.
  • Orders are usually delivered within approximately 4–7 working days from order placement, including processing time.
  • Estimated delivery time is 3–5 working days after dispatch.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to location, courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

3. Tracking & Delivery

  • Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared where available.
  • Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and active phone number at checkout.
  • If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, unreachable customer, refused delivery, or unsuccessful delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

4. Delays or Delivery Issues

  • If your order is delayed, please contact us with your order number. We will coordinate with the courier to help trace and resolve the issue.

5. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery.
  • If an item is damaged, incorrect, or missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or an unboxing video, where available.
  • We will investigate the issue and, where applicable, arrange a replacement, refund, or another suitable resolution in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.
